Cloudflare Migration:
Network Infrastructure Update

The Cloudflare migration will be implemented through phased updates scheduled between October 6, 2026, and January 31, 2027. It is critical that you review and complete any necessary network configuration changes well before this migration window begins to ensure uninterrupted service.

Summary of Change As part of our commitment to providing a secure and resilient platform, we are implementing web proxying via Cloudflare. Following this change, Cloudflare will provide an additional security layer to protect our services against emerging threats and ensure high availability.

What is changing? The Public IP Addresses that our platform sits behind will change to Cloudflare’s global network.

Do I need to take action? While the platform will remain fully functional with no expected service downtime, action is mandatory for customers with specific network restrictions. If your internal network or integration has either of the following restrictions, you must complete your updates prior to your scheduled migration date to avoid a total loss of connectivity:

  1. Restricted Outbound Internet (IP Whitelisting): If your network only allows traffic to or from specific IP addresses, you must update your allow list to include the new Cloudflare IPs. If you do not add the new addresses, your systems will be unable to connect once your account is migrated.

    Please add the following specific IPs to your whitelist:
  • IPv4: 162.159.142.140 and 172.66.2.136
  • IPv6: 2606:4700:7::280 and 2a06:98c1:58::280
  1. Cipher Restrictions: For Customers using older cipher suites, please note that Cloudflare’s edge offers a modern cipher set. This might cause disruption for customers who use a cipher not supported by Cloudflare.
